What a growing team needs, before they know they need it.

AI tools and growth strategy, built for what's next.

Background

I’ve helped growth happen from a lot of different angles.

My background sits at the intersection of growth, media, technology, and audience-building: SaaS, cybersecurity, Web3 infrastructure, remote-work software, applied AI, entertainment, local media, and community-driven brands. Across all of it, the work has been the same: understand the audience, sharpen the offer, build the system, and move people toward action.

I bring that experience to businesses, athletes, brands, startups, and SaaS teams that need clearer strategy, better go-to-market motion, and practical AI tools that support real growth instead of just adding more noise.

How I Can Help

Solutions built around your goals, not your tech stack

Scale past the point where duct tape stops working

Problem
What got you your first 100 customers doesn't hold at the next 500 — leads outrun the process and things start slipping through the cracks.
Approach
I've run growth through this exact stage more than once. I find where it's actually breaking, then rebuild it to handle the volume that's coming.
Result
A process built to scale — not one more workaround someone has to remember to run.

Build the retention team you don't have yet

Problem
All the effort goes into landing new customers — nobody owns what happens after the sale, so people quietly churn.
Approach
I design the retention function from scratch: who owns it, when they check in, what tools they use — built for a team your size.
Result
Customers who stick around, and someone whose actual job is making sure of it.

Build the growth strategy that tells you where to point the AI

Problem
Plenty of AI noise, no clear read on which move actually grows an orgs revenue this quarter.
Approach
A short advisory engagement: audit the funnel and the workflow together, size the opportunities, rank them by payback.
Result
A plain-English roadmap — growth moves and AI builds — ranked by what pays back first.

A VP of Sales at a growing SaaS company

Turn Monday's call into Friday's accountability

Built for a VP of Sales with too many reps to listen, coach, and take notes on at once — and no chance of remembering it all by Friday. A scheduled agent pulls Monday's call transcript, logs every rep's commitments into a clean list, and posts it to Slack. A second agent resurfaces that list Friday morning with suggested questions, so the VP walks into the check-out call already knowing who to push.

An estimated 1–2 hours saved every week that used to go into piecing together what a dozen reps committed to — now it's a five-minute Friday read.

A marketing team with more ideas than time to write them

Turn meeting notes into post drafts

Marketing meetings move fast and get creative — but nobody has time to sit down and write up every good idea before it's gone. This tool turns the meeting transcript into a clean outline, then into draft social posts in your brand and voice, so the idea actually makes it out of the room.

An estimated 30 minutes of writing time cut to a 5-minute edit, per idea that would've otherwise gotten lost.

An owner of a regional pool refurbishment company

Replace hours of Google Maps scrolling with an agent team

SkyLead was built for a business manually scanning Google Maps street-by-street to find homes with pools that needed work. Now a team of AI agents does that scanning and identification instead, then logs every match — address included — straight into a database, ready to work.

Turns a full day of manual map-scanning per neighborhood into an automated pass finished in an afternoon.

HOW I CAN HELP

Show me the messy process. I'll figure out the rest.

  1. Step 1

    Show me your process

Walk me through how it runs today — the process, the team, the numbers — and we assess it together. No assumptions going in about what's broken.

  2. Step 2

    Find the hidden bottleneck

Growth problem, sales problem, retention problem, or something that actually needs automation — the bottleneck is rarely where people expect. I find it before we talk about fixes.

  3. Step 3

    Design the fix that fits

Strategy, a rebuilt process, or a tool — whatever solves it, built around your team and what they already use.

  4. Step 4

    Put it to work

We run it on real work, fix what breaks, and make sure your team can actually own it.
